You need to think about your eating habits, your exercise patterns, and consider anything else that could have an effect on your weight. Make a note of these and what needs to be changed in order for you to effectively lose weight. Keep in mind that your weight loss plan doesn’t have to be anything complicated; it just needs to be something to help keep you on track.
You also need to decide how much weight you want to lose, and you should decide the amount of time you’re going to give yourself to do it. Make sure that your weight loss targets are realistic, though, as you don’t want to subject yourself to unhealthy practices. Generally, it’s a good idea to start off trying to lose one or two pounds each week, and as you progress, increase it.
