The process of losing weight can get to be drab at times, and with it will come a lack of motivation. You can count on your weight loss buddy to keep you in high spirits so that you don’t give up at losing weight.
Of course, it’s always nice just to have a friend with whom to share the experience, so a weight loss buddy is good for that as well.
